This is a master class in bench craft assembly of a luxury leather handbag.

The handbag model is a semi constructed banded gusset with fine folded edges. You will be

learning a specific high-end handbag construction type with materials provided for you. The

focus of the class is on technique, tools & hand craft skills.

and home goods for 50 years.  Ben Liberty’s clients include Carolina Herrera, Coach,

Alexander Wang, Tumi, & Herman Miller to name just a few.  Ben’s leather studio has been

located in the Lower East side since 1980.
